Hourly ($150/hr)*
- $150 per hour paid in 4 hour increments. Tracked in 15 minute increments.
Services include:
- Handbook creation/review/update
- Employee relations and investigations assistance
- Including assistance with developing employee written warnings, performance improvement plans, training plans, etc.
- Employee Engagement
- Provide support and ideas to assist with engagement
- Conduct anonymous employee surveys
- Vendor searches and recommendations
- FMLA/LOA Assistance

- Paperwork
- Tracking
- Worker's Compensation
- Create/review on-the-job injury process
- Create employee incident reporting form
- Assist with claim reporting and monitoring
